Tech in Motion is the culmination of Itzel and Hector Torres's journey in the IT landscape — a firm built to design, build, and operate the software that moves modern businesses forward.
Founded in 2011, Tech in Motion was born from the vision of Itzel and Hector Torres. Both seasoned IT professionals, they moved to the United States in 1999, bringing a wealth of experience from prestigious global organizations.
Their shared passion for technology and commitment to excellence led them beyond the corporate world to build a firm that meets the evolving challenges of software, AI, and automation — and draws on decades of hands-on expertise to solve them.
Today we design, build, and operate production software across industries — from healthcare and legal to nonprofits, finance, insurance, and retail — covering custom platforms, EHR and systems integration, AI assistants, and the automation that keeps it all running.
Healthcare is where we go deepest, but our engineering is industry-agnostic: the same rigor, security, and reliability, applied wherever the work is. Our bilingual team partners with organizations across the United States and Mexico.
