Frequently asked questions
Which interoperability standards do you support?+
FHIR R4, HL7v2 (including MLLP), and CDS Hooks — plus custom REST integrations where standards don't reach. We also customize OpenEMR and sync EHRs with scheduling and billing tools.
We use a specific EHR — can you integrate with it?+
If it exposes FHIR, HL7, or an API, almost certainly yes. We work with standards-capable systems and OpenEMR directly, and build custom connectors for anything with an interface.
Have you done large data migrations?+
Yes — we migrated a national network from Salesforce to BlueFolder, with field-level mapping, validation, reconciliation reports, and ongoing sync during the transition so nothing was lost.
Will integration disrupt our live systems?+
We work sandbox-first, validate against test data, and cut over during off-hours with a rollback plan. Real-time interfaces are monitored so failures alert us, not surprise you.
Do you support real-time and batch integration?+
Both. Real-time via webhooks and HL7 MLLP for things like results and status updates; scheduled batch for bulk syncs and reporting — whichever fits the workflow.
