Can you automate appointment confirmations and reminders?+
Yes. We build Twilio 'robocaller' and SMS flows that confirm appointments, update status, and reduce no-shows — handling retries and responses automatically.
n8n, Make, or custom code — how do you decide?+
We use low-code (n8n/Make) for speed and visibility on most workflows, and drop to custom code where logic, performance, or security demand it. Often it's a hybrid, and you're not locked into either.
What happens when an automation fails?+
Failures are caught, retried, and routed to error queues with alerting — so a hiccup doesn't silently drop a patient or a payment. We monitor the automations and fix issues as part of operating them.
Is automated patient communication compliant?+
We design flows with consent and opt-out handling, send the minimum necessary information, and keep PHI out of channels that shouldn't carry it — aligning with HIPAA and TCPA expectations.
